Surah 21. Al-Anbiyaa, Ayah 29
| ۞ وَمَنْ يَقُلْ مِنْهُمْ إِنِّي إِلَٰهٌ مِنْ دُونِهِ فَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِيهِ جَهَنَّمَ ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِي الظَّالِمِينَ |
| Transliteration | : | wa- man yaqul min -hum 'inni -y 'ilaah min doni -hi fa- dhaalika najze -hi jahannam ka- dhaalika najze az.- z.aalimen |
| Pickthall | : | And one of them who should say: Lo! I am a God beside Him, that one We should repay with hell. Thus We repay wrong-doers. |
| Asad | : | And if any of them were to say, "Behold, I am a deity beside Him" - that one We should requite with hell: thus do We requite all [such] evildoers. |
| Malik | : | If any of them were to say: "I am also a deity besides Him," We would send him to hell, thus shall We reward the wrongdoers. |
| Yusuf Ali | : | If any of them should say "I am a god besides Him" such a god We should reward with Hell: thus do We reward those who do wrong. |
