Surah 22. Al-Hajj, Ayah 66
وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَحْيَاكُمْ ثُمَّ يُمِيتُكُمْ ثُمَّ يُحْيِيكُمْ ۗ إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ لَكَفُورٌ
Wahuwa alla th ee a h y a kum thumma yumeetukum thumma yu h yeekum inna alins a na lakafoor un seeing that it is He who gave you life, and then will cause you to die, and then will bring you back to life: [but,] verily, bereft of all eratitude is man!
