وَهُوَ الَّذِي يُحْيِي وَيُمِيتُ وَلَهُ اخْتِلَافُ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ ۚ أَفَلَا تَعْقِلُونَ


Asad : And He it is who grants life and deals death; and to Him is due the alternation of night and day. Will you not, then, use your reason?
Khattab :

And He is the One Who gives life and causes death, and to Him belongs the alternation of the day and night. Will you not then understand?

Malik : It is He Who gives life and cause you to die, and in His control is the alternation of the night and the day: then why don't you understand?
Pickthall : And He it is Who giveth life and causeth death, and His is the difference of night and day. Have ye then no sense?
Yusuf Ali : It is He Who gives life and death and to Him (is due) the alternation of Night and Day: will ye not then understand? 2925
Transliteration : Wahuwa allathee yuhyee wayumeetu walahu ikhtilafu allayli waalnnahari afala taAAqiloona
