يُلْقُونَ السَّمْعَ وَأَكْثَرُهُمْ كَاذِبُونَ


Asad : who readily lend ear [to every falsehood], and most of whom lie to others as well.98
Khattab :

who gives an ˹attentive˺ ear ˹to half-truths˺, mostly passing on sheer lies.1 

Malik : Those who listen to hearsay - and most of them are liars
Pickthall : They listen eagerly, but most of them are liars.
Yusuf Ali : (Into whose ears) they pour hearsay vanities and most of them are liars.
Transliteration : Yulqoona alssamAAa waaktharuhum kathiboona
