فَأَلْقَىٰ مُوسَىٰ عَصَاهُ فَإِذَا هِيَ تَلْقَفُ مَا يَأْفِكُونَ

Asad : [But] then Moses threw his staff-and lo! it swallowed up all their deceptions.24
Khattab :

Then Moses threw down his staff, and—behold!—it devoured the objects of their illusion!

Malik : Then Musa threw down his staff, and lo! It swallowed their false devices.
Pickthall : Then Moses threw his staff and lo! it swallowed that which they did falsely show.
Yusuf Ali : Then Moses threw his rod when behold it straightway swallows up all the falsehoods which they fake! 3164
Transliteration : Faalqa moosa AAasahu faitha hiya talqafu ma yafikoona

Yusuf Ali 3164 The sorcerers' ropes and rods seemed to have become serpents, but the rod of Moses was mightier than all of them and quickly swallowed them up. So truth is more powerful than tricks and win expose and destroy them.
