يَخْتَصُّ بِرَحْمَتِهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيمِ


Asad : singling out for His grace whom He wills. And God is limitless in His great bounty."
Khattab :

He chooses whoever He wills to receive His mercy. And Allah is the Lord of infinite bounty.

Malik : He chooses for His mercy whom He pleases, Allah is the Owner of mighty grace.
Pickthall : He selecteth for His mercy whom He will. Allah is of infinite bounty.
Yusuf Ali : For His Mercy He specially chooseth whom He pleaseth: for Allah is the Lord of bounties unbounded.
Transliteration : Yakhtassu birahmatihi man yashao waAllahu thoo alfadli alAAatheemi
