Surah 44. Ad-Dukhan, Ayah 16
| يَوْمَ نَبْطِشُ الْبَطْشَةَ الْكُبْرَىٰ إِنَّا مُنْتَقِمُونَ |
| Transliteration | : | yawm nabt.ish al- bat.shah al- kubraa 'in(na) -naa muntaqimon |
| Pickthall | : | On the day when We shall seize them with the greater seizure (then), in truth We shall punish. |
| Asad | : | on the Day when We shall seize [all sinners] with a most mighty onslaught, We shall, verily, inflict Our retribution [on you as well]! |
| Malik | : | One day We shall seize them with a mighty onslaught to exact Our retribution. |
| Yusuf Ali | : | One day We shall seize you with a mighty onslaught We will indeed (then) exact Retribution! |
