Surah 8. Al-Anfal, Ayah 40
| وَإِنْ تَوَلَّوْا فَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ مَوْلَاكُمْ ۚ نِعْمَ الْمَوْلَىٰ وَنِعْمَ النَّصِيرُ |
| Transliteration | : | wa- 'in tawallaw fa- iclamo 'anna 'allaah mawlaa -kum nicma al- mawlaa wa- nicma an- nas.er |
| Pickthall | : | And if they turn away, then know that Allah is your Befriender, a transcendent Patron, a transcendent Helper! |
| Asad | : | and if they turn away [from righteousness], know that God is your Lord Supreme: [and] how excellent is this Lord Supreme, and how excellent this Giver of Succour! |
| Malik | : | If they give no heed, then you should know that Allah is your protector. He is the best to protect and the best to help. |
| Yusuf Ali | : | If they refuse be sure that Allah is your protector the best to protect and the best to help. |
