Sahih Muslim Book - 16, Hadith - 3458

وَحَدَّثَنِى عَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ وَابْنُ أَبِى عُمَرَ قَالَ زُهَيْرٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِىِّ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِى هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِىَّ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- نَهَى أَنْ يَبِيعَ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ أَوْ يَتَنَاجَشُوا أَوْ يَخْطُبَ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ أَوْ يَبِيعَ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ وَلاَ تَسْأَلِ الْمَرْأَةُ طَلاَقَ أُخْتِهَا لِتَكْتَفِئَ مَا فِى إِنَائِهَا أَوْ مَا فِى صَحْفَتِهَا. زَادَ عَمْرٌو فِى رِوَايَتِهِ وَلاَ يَسُمِ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى سَوْمِ أَخِيهِ.

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (s.a.w) forbade a town-dweller to sell on behalf of a Bedouin, or artificially inflating prices, or a man to propose when his brother has already proposed, or outbidding one's brother, or a woman to ask for her sister to be divorced so as to deprive her of what is rightfully hers and take it for herself.
