Jabir bin 'Abdullah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) was moving stones for the (building of) Ka'bah with them, and he was wearing his Izar. Al-'Abbas - his paternal uncle - said to him: "O son of my brother, why don't you undo your Izar and put it on your shoulders to protect them from the stones?" So he undid it and put it on his shoulders, then he fell down, unconscious. He was never seen naked after that day.
