Sahih Muslim Book - 4, Hadith - 1010
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ لَمْ أَكُنْ لَيْلَةَ الْجِنِّ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَوَدِدْتُ أَنِّي كُنْتُ مَعَهُ
It was narrated that 'Abdullah said: "I was not with the Prophet (s.a.w) on the night of the jinn, but I wished that I had been with him."
