Sahih Muslim Book - 4, Hadith - 917
حَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرٌو أَنَّ أَبَا يُونُسَ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا قَالَ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي الصَّلَاةِ آمِينَ وَالْمَلَائِكَةُ فِي السَّمَاءِ آمِينَ فَوَافَقَ إِحْدَاهُمَا الْأُخْرَى غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said: "When one of you says Amin in the prayer, and the Angels in heaven say Amin, if the one coincides with the other, then his previous sins will be forgiven."
