It was narrated that Anas said: "The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) led us in prayer one day, and when he had finished praying he turned to face us and said: 'O people, I am your Imam, so do not go ahead of me in bowing, prostrating, standing nor the turning, for I can see you from in front of me and behind me.' Then he said: 'By the One in Whose Hand is the soul of Muhammad! If you saw what I have seen, you would laugh little and weep much.' They said: 'What have you seen, O Messenger of Allah?' He said: 'I have seen Paradise and the Fire.'"
"When a person dies, his works end, except for three: ongoing charity, knowledge that is benefited from, and a righteous child who prays for him."
Prophet Mohammed (PBUH)
"The best of what a man leaves behind are three: a righteous child who supplicates for him, ongoing charity the reward of which reaches him, and knowledge that is acted upon after him."
Sunan Ibn Mājah
"Every day two angels come down from Heaven and one of them says, 'O Allah! Compensate every person who spends in Your Cause,' and the other (angel) says, 'O Allah! Destroy every miser.'"
Sahih Bukhari
