Sahih Muslim Book - 5, Hadith - 1322
حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادُ بْنُ السَّرِىِّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ وَفِيهِ قَالَتْ وَمَا صَلَّى صَلاَةً بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ إِلاَّ سَمِعْتُهُ يَتَعَوَّذُ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ.
This Hadith was narrated from 'Aishah. In it, it says that she said: "He never offered any prayer after that, but I heard him seeking refuge with Allah from the punishment of the grave."
