Tirmidhi Book 45, Hadith 2925
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَعْرِضُ نَفْسَهُ بِالْمَوْقِفِ، فَقَالَ: أَلَا رَجُلٌ يَحْمِلْنِي إِلَى قَوْمِهِ فَإِنَّ قُرَيْشًا قَدْ مَنَعُونِي أَنْ أُبَلِّغَ كَلَامَ رَبِّي ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ صَحِيحٌ.
Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah: During the Mawqif (hajj season), the Prophet (ﷺ) would present himself sand say: 'Which man will bring me to his people? For indeed the Quraish have prevented me from conveying the Speech of my Lord.'
