Surah 2. Al-Baqara, Ayah 69
قَالُوا۟ ٱدْعُ لَنَا رَبَّكَ يُبَيِّن لَّنَا مَا لَوْنُهَا ۚ قَالَ إِنَّهُۥ يَقُولُ إِنَّهَا بَقَرَةٌ صَفْرَآءُ فَاقِعٌ لَّوْنُهَا تَسُرُّ ٱلنَّـٰظِرِينَ Qur’an Al-Baqara (2:69)Q a loo odAAu lan a rabbaka yubayyin lan a m a lawnuh a q a la innahu yaqoolu innah a baqaratun s afr a o f a qiAAun lawnuh a tasurru a l nn a th ireen a
Said they: "Pray on our behalf unto thy Sustainer that He make clear to us what her colour should be." [Moses] answered: "Behold, He says it is to be a yellow cow, bright of hue, pleasing to the beholder."
