قَالُوٓا۟ إِنْ هَـٰذَٰنِ لَسَـٰحِرَٰنِ يُرِيدَانِ أَن يُخْرِجَاكُم مِّنْ أَرْضِكُم بِسِحْرِهِمَا وَيَذْهَبَا بِطَرِيقَتِكُمُ ٱلْمُثْلَىٰ Qur’an Ta-Ha (20:63)

Qaloo in hathani lasahirani yureedani an yukhrijakum min ardikum bisihrihima wayathhaba bitareeqatikumu almuthla

saying [to one another]: "These two are surely sorcerers intent on driving you from your land⁴⁴ by their sorcery, and on doing away with your time-honoured way of life.⁴⁵

Finally they said: "These two (Musa and Haroon) are certainly expert magicians who intend to drive you out from your land with their magic and to do away with your best traditions.
