Surah 29. Al-Ankabut, Ayah 63
وَلَئِن سَأَلْتَهُم مَّن نَّزَّلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءً فَأَحْيَا بِهِ ٱلْأَرْضَ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَوْتِهَا لَيَقُولُنَّ ٱللَّهُ ۚ قُلِ ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ۚ بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ Qur’an Al-Ankabut (29:63)Walain saaltahum man nazzala mina a l ssam a i m a an faa h y a bihi alar d a min baAAdi mawtih a layaqoolunna All a hu quli al h amdu lill a hi bal aktharuhum l a yaAAqiloon a
And thus it is: if thou ask them, "Who is it that sends down water from the skies, giving life thereby to the earth after it had been lifeless?"-they will surely answer, "God." Say thou: "[Since this is so.] all praise is due to God [alone]!" But most of them will not use their reason:

Mohammad AsadAnd if you ask them who sends down rainwater from the sky and thereby raise the dead land back to life?" They will certainly say: "Allah!" Say, "Praise be to Allah!" Yet most of them do not use their common sense.
