Surah 41. Fussilat, Ayah 21
وَقَالُوا۟ لِجُلُودِهِمْ لِمَ شَهِدتُّمْ عَلَيْنَا ۖ قَالُوٓا۟ أَنطَقَنَا ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنطَقَ كُلَّ شَىْءٍ وَهُوَ خَلَقَكُمْ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ
Waq a loo lijuloodihim lima shahidtum AAalayn a q a loo an t aqan a All a hu alla th ee an t aqa kulla shayin wahuwa khalaqakum awwala marratin wailayhi turjaAAoon a And they will ask their skins, "Why did you bear witness against us?" - [and] these will reply: "God, who gives speech to all things, has given speech to us [as well]: for He [it is who] has created you in the first instance - and unto Him you are [now] brought back.

And they will ask their skins: "Why did you testify against us?" Their skins will reply: "Allah Who gives the faculty of speech to everything, has made us speak. He is the One Who created you to begin with, and now to Him you are being brought back.

They will ask their skin 'furiously', 'Why have you testified against us?' It will say, 'We have been made to speak by Allah, Who causes all things to speak. He 'is the One Who' created you the first time, and to Him you were bound to return.
