Surah 50. Qaf, Ayah 16

وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ وَنَعْلَمُ مَا تُوَسْوِسُ بِهِۦ نَفْسُهُۥ ۖ وَنَحْنُ أَقْرَبُ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ حَبْلِ ٱلْوَرِيدِ Qur’an Qaf (50:16)

Walaqad khalaqn a alins a na wanaAAlamu m a tuwaswisu bihi nafsuhu wana h nu aqrabu ilayhi min h abli alwareed i

NOW, VERILY, it is We who have created man, and We know what his innermost self whispers within him: for We are closer to him than his neck-vein.
