عَلَىٰ سُرُرٍ مَّوْضُونَةٍQur’an Al-Waqia (56:15)

AAala sururin mawdoonatin

[They will be seated] on gold-encrusted thrones of happiness,

- Mohammad Asad

They shall have the jewelled couches,

- Muhammad Farooq-i-Azam Malik

'All will be' on jewelled thrones,

- Mustafa Khattab

On lined couches,

- Marmaduke Pickthall

(They will be) on Thrones encrusted (with gold and precious stones). ⁵²²⁹
