وَكَانُوا۟ يُصِرُّونَ عَلَى ٱلْحِنثِ ٱلْعَظِيمِQur’an Al-Waqia (56:46)

Wakanoo yusirroona AAala alhinthi alAAatheemi

and would persist in heinous sinning,
