فَٱلْمُدَبِّرَٰتِ أَمْرًاQur’an An-Naziat (79:5)

Faalmudabbirati amran

and thus they fulfil the [Creator's] behest!

and those who regulate the affairs of the world!

and those conducting affairs 'obediently'!

And those who govern the event,
