Surah 89. Al-Fajr, Ayah 11
ٱلَّذِينَ طَغَوْا۟ فِى ٱلْبِلَـٰدِQur’an Al-Fajr (89:11)Allatheena taghaw fee albiladi
[It was they] who transgressed all bounds of equity all over their lands,
