Once Allah's Apostle became sick and could not offer his night prayer (Tahajjud) for two or three nights. Then a lady (the wife of Abu Lahab) came and said, "O Muhammad! I think that your Satan has forsaken you, for I have not seen him with you for two or three nights!" On that Allah revealed:

Once during the lifetime of Allah's Apostle we offered some animals as sacrifices. Some people slaughtered their sacrifices before the (Id) prayer, so when the Prophet finished his prayer, he saw that they had slaughtered their sacrifices before the prayer. He said, "Whoever has slaughtered (his sacrifice) before the prayer, should slaughter (another sacrifice) in lieu of it; and whoever has not yet slaughtered it till we have prayed; should slaughter (it) by mentioning Allah's Name."

I heard from the Apostle of Allah (peace be upon him) five daysbefore his death and he said: I stand acquitted before Allah thatI took anyone of you as friend, for Allah has taken me as Hisfriend, as he took Ibrahim as His friend. Had I taken any one ofmy Ummah as a friend, I would have taken AbuBakr as a friend.Beware of those who preceded you and used to take the graves oftheir prophets and righteous men as places of worship, but youmust not take graves as mosques; I forbid you to do that.

Sahih Muslim Hadith

Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) said: He who prayed themorning prayer (in congregation) he is in fact under theprotection of Allah. And it can never happen that Allah shoulddemand anything from you in connection with the protection (thatHe guarantees) and one should not get it. He would then throw himin the fire of Hell.

Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him) stated that a person said:Allah would not forgive such and such (person). Thereupon Allahthe Exalted and Glorious, said: Who is he who adjures about Methat I would not grant pardon to so and so; I have granted pardonto so and so and blotted out his deeds (who took an oath that Iwould not grant pardon to him).
