Sahih Muslim Book - 1, Hadith - 316
و حَدَّثَنِيهِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ صَخْرٍ الدَّارِمِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا حَبَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ { لَا تَرْفَعُوا أَصْوَاتَكُمْ فَوْقَ صَوْتِ النَّبِيِّ } وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ سَعْدَ بْنَ مُعَاذٍ فِي الْحَدِيثِ.
It was narrated that Anas bin Malik said: "When: "O you who believe! Raise not your voices above the voice of the Prophet...'' was revealed...'' but he did not mention Sa'd bin Mu'adh in the Hadith.
