حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَامِرِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ عَنْ مُخْتَارِ بْنِ فُلْفُلٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِنَّ أُمَّتَكَ لَا يَزَالُونَ يَقُولُونَ مَا كَذَا؟ مَا كَذَا؟ حَتَّى يَقُولُوا هَذَا، اللَّهُ خَلَقَ الْخَلْقَ فَمَنْ خَلَقَ اللَّهَ.
It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said: "Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, said: 'Your Ummah will keep saying: What is this? What is this? Until they say: Allah created all things, but who created Allah, the Most High?'"
