Sahih Muslim Book - 16, Hadith - 3438
وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ بْنِ قَعْنَبٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ - قَالَ ابْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ مَدَنِىٌّ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ مِنْ وَلَدِ أَبِى أُمَامَةَ بْنِ سَهْلِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ - عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ قَبِيصَةَ بْنِ ذُؤَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِى هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- يَقُولُ « لاَ تُنْكَحُ الْعَمَّةُ عَلَى بِنْتِ الأَخِ وَلاَ ابْنَةُ الأُخْتِ عَلَى الْخَالَةِ ».
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) say: 'Do not marry a paternal aunt when you are already married to her brother's daughter, and do not marry the sister's daughter when you are already married to the maternal aunt."'
