Sahih Muslim Book - 34, Hadith - 5015
وحَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ ، قَالَ: أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ نُلْقِيَ لُحُومَ الْحُمُرِ الأَهْلِيَّةِ ، نِيئَةً وَنَضِيجَةً ، ثُمَّ لَمْ يَأْمُرْنَا بِأَكْلِهِ.
It was narrated that Al-Bara' bin 'Azib said: "The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) commanded us to throw away the meat of domesticated donkeys, raw and cooked, then he did not command us to eat it."
