وحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ خَلاَّدٍ الْبَاهِلِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ وَاقِدِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ نَافِعًا ، قَالَ: رَأَى ابْنُ عُمَرَ مِسْكِينًا فَجَعَلَ يَضَعُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ ، وَيَضَعُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ ، قَالَ: فَجَعَلَ يَأْكُلُ أَكْلاً كَثِيرًا ، قَالَ: فَقَالَ: لاَ يُدْخَلَنَّ هَذَا عَلَيَّ ، فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ: إِنَّ الْكَافِرَ يَأْكُلُ فِي سَبْعَةِ أَمْعَاءٍ.
Nafi' said: "Ibn 'Umar saw a poor man, and he put some food in front of him, and put more, and he started to eat a great deal. He said: 'Do not let this man enter upon me, for I heard the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) say: "The disbeliever eats in seven intestines."
