Sahih Muslim Book - 39, Hadith - 5763

قَالَتْ: وَدَخَلْتُ عَلَيْهِ بِابْنٍ لِي ، قَدْ أَعْلَقْتُ عَلَيْهِ مِنَ الْعُذْرَةِ ، فَقَالَ : عَلاَمَ تَدْغَرْنَ أَوْلاَدَكُنَّ بِهَذَا الْعِلاَقِ ؟ عَلَيْكُنَّ بِهَذَا الْعُودِ الْهِنْدِيِّ ، فَإِنَّ فِيهِ سَبْعَةَ أَشْفِيَةٍ ، مِنْهَا ذَاتُ الْجَنْبِ ، يُسْعَطُ مِنَ الْعُذْرَةِ وَيُلَدُّ مِنْ ذَاتِ الْجَنْبِ.

She (Umm Qais bint Mihsan said: “I brought a son of mine to him and I had squeezed his uvula to relive the swelling, He said: ‘Why do you squeeze your children’s uvulas like this? You should use this Indian aloes wood, for in it there are seven cures, including pleurisy. It should be administered through the nose for selling in the uvula and in the side of the mouth for pleurisy.”’
