حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ أَبُو أَيُّوبَ الْغَيْلاَنِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ يَعْنِي الْعَقَدِيَّ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ ، وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ ، قَالَ: مَنْ قَالَ: لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ ، عَشْرَ مِرَارٍ كَانَ كَمَنْ أَعْتَقَ أَرْبَعَةَ أَنْفُسٍ مِنْ وَلَدِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ.
It was narrated that 'Amr bin Maimun said: "Whoever says: 'La ilaha illallahu wahdahu Ia sharika lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu, wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadir (None has the right to be worshiped but Allah alone with no partner or associate, His is the dominion, to Him be praise and He has power over all things)' tens times, he will be like one who freed four slaves among the sons of Isma'il.
