حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِى شَيْبَةَ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النُّعْمَانَ بْنَ بَشِيرٍ يَقُولُ أَلَسْتُمْ فِى طَعَامٍ وَشَرَابٍ مَا شِئْتُمْ لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ نَبِيَّكُمْ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- وَمَا يَجِدُ مِنَ الدَّقَلِ مَا يَمْلأُ بِهِ بَطْنَهُ. وَقُتَيْبَةُ لَمْ يَذْكُرْ بِهِ.
It was narrated that Simak said:" I heard An-Nu'man bin Bashir say: 'Do you not eat and drink whatever you want? I saw your Prophet (s.a.w) when he could not even find enough Daqal to fill his stomach."'
