Sahih Muslim Book - 6, Hadith - 1844
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بَرَّادٍ الأَشْعَرِىُّ وَأَبُو كُرَيْبٍ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ بُرَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِى بُرْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِى مُوسَى عَنِ النَّبِىِّ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- قَالَ « تَعَاهَدُوا هَذَا الْقُرْآنَ فَوَالَّذِى نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ لَهُوَ أَشَدُّ تَفَلُّتًا مِنَ الإِبِلِ فِى عُقُلِهَا ». وَلَفْظُ الْحَدِيثِ لاِبْنِ بَرَّادٍ.
It was narrated from Abu Musa that the Prophet (s.a.w) said: "Keep refreshing your knowledge of the Qur'an, for by the One in Whose Hand is the soul of Muhammad, it is more inclined to escape than a camel from its rope."
