حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ شَيْبَانَ، عَنْ فِرَاسٍ، عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: مَنْ يُرَاءِ يُرَاءِ اللَّهُ بِهِ، وَمَنْ يُسَمِّعْ يُسَمِّعِ اللَّهُ بِهِ . (حديث مرفوع) (حديث موقوف) قَالَ: قَالَ: وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: مَنْ لَا يَرْحَمُ النَّاسَ لَا يَرْحَمْهُ اللَّهُ ، وفي الباب عن جُنْدَبٍ، وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ.
Abu Sa'eed narrated that the Messenger of Allah (S.a.w) said: Whoever wants to be seen, Allah will show him, And whoever wants to be heard of, Allah will make him heard off. And he narrated that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said: He who shows no mercy to the people, Allah shows him no mercy.
