حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، فِي قَوْلِهِ: وَمَا جَعَلْنَا الرُّؤْيَا الَّتِي أَرَيْنَاكَ إِلا فِتْنَةً لِلنَّاسِ سورة الإسراء آية 60، قَالَ: هِيَ رُؤْيَا عَيْنٍ أُرِيَهَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيْلَةَ أُسْرِيَ بِهِ إِلَى بَيْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ، قَالَ: وَالشَّجَرَةَ الْمَلْعُونَةَ فِي الْقُرْآنِ هِيَ شَجَرَةُ الزَّقُّومِ ، قَالَ: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ.
Ibn 'Abbas commented on Allah, the Most High, saying: And We made not the vision which We showed but a trial for mankind (17:60). He said: It is the vision he saw with his eyes, on the night the Prophet (ﷺ) was taken on the journey to Bait Al-Maqdis. And the accursed tree in the Qur'an (17:60). He said: It is the Zaqqum tree.
