Surah 2. Al-Baqara, Ayah 44
أَتَأْمُرُونَ ٱلنَّاسَ بِٱلْبِرِّ وَتَنسَوْنَ أَنفُسَكُمْ وَأَنتُمْ تَتْلُونَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ ۚ أَفَلَا تَعْقِلُونَ Qur’an Al-Baqara (2:44)Atamuroona a l nn a sa bi a lbirri watansawna anfusakum waantum tatloona alkit a ba afal a taAAqiloon a
Do you bid other people to be pious, the while you forget your own selves - and yet you recite the divine writ? Will you not, then, use your reason?
