وَأَضَلَّ فِرْعَوْنُ قَوْمَهُۥ وَمَا هَدَىٰ
Waa d alla firAAawnu qawmahu wam a had a
because Pharaoh had led his people astray and had not guided [them] aright.

Thus Fir'on misled his people instead of guiding them aright.
