Surah 24. An-Nur, Ayah 48

وَإِذَا دُعُوٓا۟ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ لِيَحْكُمَ بَيْنَهُمْ إِذَا فَرِيقٌ مِّنْهُم مُّعْرِضُونَ Qur’an An-Nur (24:48)

Wai tha duAAoo il a All a hi warasoolihi liya h kuma baynahum i tha fareequn minhum muAAri d oon a

And [so it is that] whenever they are summoned unto God and His Apostle in order that [the divine writ] might judge between them,⁶⁵ lo! some of them turn away;

When such people are called to Allah and His Rasool that He may judge between them, behold! A party of them decline to come.
