Surah 27. An-Naml, Ayah 84

حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا جَآءُو قَالَ أَكَذَّبْتُم بِـَٔايَـٰتِى وَلَمْ تُحِيطُوا۟ بِهَا عِلْمًا أَمَّاذَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ Qur’an An-Naml (27:84)
Hatta itha jaoo qala akaththabtum biayatee walam tuheetoo biha AAilman ammatha kuntum taAAmaloona
until such a time as they shall come [to be judged. And] He will say: "Did you give the lie to My messages even though you failed to encompass them with [your] knowledge?75 Or what was it that [you thought] you were doing?"

I.e., without having understood them or made any attempt to understand them (Zamakhshari).

until when they have all arrived, their Rabb will ask: "Did you deny My revelations without gaining their comprehensive knowledge? If not this, what else were you doing?

When they 'finally' come before their Lord, He will ask 'them', 'Did you deny My revelations without 'even' comprehending them? Or what 'exactly' did you do?'

Till, when they come (before their Lord), He will say: Did ye deny My revelations when ye could not compass them in knowledge, or what was it that ye did?

Until when they come (before the Judgment-Seat) Allah will say: "Did ye reject My Signs though ye comprehended them not in knowledge or what was it ye did?" 3314

The charge against them will be: 'You had no knowledge, and yet you arrogantly rejected My Signs: is that true, or have you any plea in your defence?'
