Surah 29. Al-Ankabut, Ayah 63
وَلَئِن سَأَلْتَهُم مَّن نَّزَّلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءً فَأَحْيَا بِهِ ٱلْأَرْضَ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَوْتِهَا لَيَقُولُنَّ ٱللَّهُ ۚ قُلِ ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ۚ بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ
Walain saaltahum man nazzala mina a l ssam a i m a an faa h y a bihi alar d a min baAAdi mawtih a layaqoolunna All a hu quli al h amdu lill a hi bal aktharuhum l a yaAAqiloon a And thus it is: if thou ask them, "Who is it that sends down water from the skies, giving life thereby to the earth after it had been lifeless?"-they will surely answer, "God." Say thou: "[Since this is so.] all praise is due to God [alone]!" But most of them will not use their reason:

And if you ask them who sends down rainwater from the sky and thereby raise the dead land back to life?" They will certainly say: "Allah!" Say, "Praise be to Allah!" Yet most of them do not use their common sense.

And if you ask them who sends down rain from the sky, giving life to the earth after its death, they will surely say, 'Allah!' Say, 'Praise be to Allah!' In fact, most of them do not understand.

And if thou wert to ask them: Who causeth water to come down from the sky, and therewith reviveth the earth after its death? they verily would say: Allah. Say: Praise be to Allah! But most of them have no sense.

And if indeed thou ask them who it is that sends down rain from the sky and gives life therewith to the earth after its death they will certainly reply "Allah!" Say "Praise be to Allah!" But most of them understand not. 3496
