Surah 3. Aal-Imran, Ayah 58

ذَٰلِكَ نَتْلُوهُ عَلَيْكَ مِنَ ٱلْـَٔايَـٰتِ وَٱلذِّكْرِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ

Tha lika natloohu AAalayka mina al a y a ti wa al thth ikri al h akeem i

THIS MESSAGE do We convey unto thee, and this tiding full of wisdom:⁴⁶

This revelation which We recite to you is full of signs and wise reminders.

We recite 'all' this to you 'O Prophet' as one of the signs¹ and 'as' a wise reminder.
