وَلَمَّا رَءَا ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ ٱلْأَحْزَابَ قَالُوا۟ هَـٰذَا مَا وَعَدَنَا ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥ وَصَدَقَ ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥ ۚ وَمَا زَادَهُمْ إِلَّآ إِيمَـٰنًا وَتَسْلِيمًا Qur’an Al-Ahzab (33:22)

And [so,] when the believers saw the Con-federates [advancing against them], they said, "This is what God and His Apostle have promised us!"-and, "Truly spoke God and His Apostle!"²⁵ -and all this but increased their faith and their readiness to surrender themselves unto God.

When the true believers saw the confederate forces they said: "This is what Allah and His Rasool had promised us: Allah and his Rasool were absolutely true." This increased them all the more in their faith and their zeal in obedience.
