وَلَقَدْ ضَلَّ قَبْلَهُمْ أَكْثَرُ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ Qur’an As-Saffat (37:71)

Walaqad d alla qablahum aktharu alawwaleen a

Thus, indeed, most of the people of old went astray before them,
