Surah 53. An-Najm, Ayah 43

وَأَنَّهُۥ هُوَ أَضْحَكَ وَأَبْكَىٰ Qur’an An-Najm (53:43)

Waannahu huwa a dh aka waabk a

and that it is He alone who causes [you] to laugh and to weep;
