وَكُلُّ صَغِيرٍ وَكَبِيرٍ مُّسْتَطَرٌ Qur’an Al-Qamar (54:53)Wakullu s agheerin wakabeerin musta t ar un
and everthing [that man does], be it small or great, is recorded [with God].
