Surah 6. Al-An'am, Ayah 18
وَهُوَ ٱلْقَاهِرُ فَوْقَ عِبَادِهِۦ ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْحَكِيمُ ٱلْخَبِيرُ
Wahuwa alq a hiru fawqa AAib a dihi wahuwa al h akeemu alkhabeer u for He alone holds sway over His creatures, and He alone is truly wise, all-aware.
