فَلْيَنظُرِ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنُ إِلَىٰ طَعَامِهِۦٓ

Let man, then, consider [the sources of] his food:

Let man reflect on the food he eats,

Let people then consider their food:

Let man consider his food:
