Surah 85. Al-Buruj, Ayah 13
إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ يُبْدِئُ وَيُعِيدُ
Innahu huwa yubdio wayuAAeed u Behold, it is He who creates [man] in the first instance, and He [it is who] will bring him forth anew.
