Surah 86. At-Tariq, Ayah 8
إِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ رَجْعِهِۦ لَقَادِرٌ
Innahu AAal a rajAAihi laq a dir un Now, verily, He [who thus creates man in the first instance] is well able to bring him back [to life]
